Our Story

At MSRON Notary Services, our business started as a traditional "in-Person" Notary Public. As times and technology have evolved, the need for a more convenient, safe, and secure process became evident that we needed a way to conduct these services online. Just as you pay your credit card bills and utility bills online, we should be able to notarize documents online as well.

The challenge however was maintaining the integrity and authenticity of the signers, witnesses, and the notary; making sure the notarization was executed in accordance with the legal compliance of the secretaries of state.

We are now able to safely, securely, and legally perform online notarizations via a secure platform with encrypted connections, Biometrics, KBA Authentication, and Tamper-evident digital seals & certificates.
